1. NON-AIR CARRIER STATUS & OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS
JETPRIME LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered domestic limited liability company in the State of Florida, USA (Document Number L26000341319), structures, hosts, and operates an advanced decentralized online marketplace, mobile applications, and private aviation concierge scheduling architectures.

JETPRIME LLC IS NOT A DIRECT AIR CARRIER, DOES NOT CHARTER AIRCRAFT AS A DIRECT OPERATOR, AND DOES NOT OWN, MAINTAIN, OR OPERATE ANY AIRCRAFT IN ITS FLEET.

All physical air transportation services, on-demand charter flights, and fractional jet allocations requested, coordinated, or scheduled via our digital software platforms or mobile application environments are executed exclusively by verified, independent, third-party direct air carriers fully certified and regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 (or international equivalent civil aviation bodies). These direct air carriers retain absolute operational control, commanding authority, aircraft maintenance responsibility, and pilot/crew dispatch liability over all scheduled flight itineraries.

2. DOCUMENT, PASSPORT, AND CONTRACT ARCHIVAL DISCLAIMER
While JETPRIME LLC utilizes advanced cryptographic server architectures (including AES-256 and secure TLS data links) to defend user-submitted digital application forms, high-resolution government-issued passports, and signed corporate contracts (such as Aircraft Co-Ownership Agreements and corporate leasing deeds), the transmission of confidential metadata across public internet networks carries inherent digital risks.

Our encrypted document vault and automated verification mechanisms are deployed strictly to facilitate administrative business management, FinCEN beneficial ownership (BOIR) transparency, and passenger manifest compliance. JETPRIME LLC shall not be held liable for any statutory damages resulting from encrypted data latency, third-party hosting service diagnostic downtime, or unauthorized cyber intrusions targeting global mobile application deployment infrastructures, provided that the Company has enforced reasonable security controls.

 

3. FINANCIAL EVALUATION, ESCROW FUNDING, AND MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURE
Any financial parameters, pricing modules, or operational buster matrices displayed across our Services—including the mandatory annual $8,850 USD Prime Membership fee, institutional aircraft asset evaluations, pre-owned jet marketplace listings, or the elite $100,000 USD Loyalty Program tier requirements—are presented strictly for general corporate administrative and market modeling purposes.

JETPRIME LLC is not a certified banking institution, registered investment advisor, or licensed tax accounting entity. Any capital flight funds, initial deposit structures, or shared fleet wire transfers are routed and monitored via secure corporate aviation escrow accounts under independent fiduciary tracking. Users and fractional co-owners are strictly required to perform separate independent asset audits and financial risk evaluations prior to executing transactional contracts.

 

4. SOFTWARE TELEMETRY, GEOLOCATION, AND DATA ACCURACY
JETPRIME LLC provides its online interface, mobile app marketplace engine, and flight planning tools on an "As-Is" and "As Available" operational basis. We make no corporate warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute uninterrupted availability of real-time flight scheduling tracking, automated check-in protocols, ground support handling updates, or crew staffing telemetry metrics. Any digital failure or synchronization delay occurring within our software publishing platforms will not constitute a default of corporate performance or trigger direct financial liability.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY MARKS REGISTRATION NOTICE
The corporate name "JETPRIME", the trademark title "jetPrime", all customized software interfaces, custom code fragments, system icons, page nexuses, and graphic layouts displayed across jetprime.aero or linked mobile distribution hubs are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of JETPRIME LLC.

 

Our brand identity is heavily protected under United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) federal statutes—specifically spanning Sini 35 (Business Management & Marketplace Logistics), Sini 36 (Aviation Finance & Insurance Brokerage), and Sini 39 (Air Transportation Services & Routing Coordination). Unauthorized mirroring, scraping via data extraction bots, commercial deployment, or deceptive reproduction of these tescilli marks is strictly illegal and will trigger immediate federal legal litigation to enforce full statutory damages.

 

6. CIVIL INDEMNIFICATION AND JURISDICTION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable statutory laws of the United States, JETPRIME LLC, its managing members (including Osman Arikan), and corporate administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays, severe weather rerouting, air operator mechanical groundings, or terminal FBO operational actions. Any contract dispute or legal litigation arising out of the use of our digital platforms shall be governed strictly by the substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located therein.
